Alpa Agrawal

Founder and CEO

Alpa Agrawal is the visionary leader behind Allmin Resources Ireland Limited. Hailing from the picturesque city of lakes, Udaipur, Rajasthan, Alpa’s journey in the chemical industry is one of passion, determination, and innovation. A graduate of the esteemed Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, India, with a specialization in Polymer and Coating Technology, Alpa’s academic journey laid the foundation for her future endeavors.

Driven by a desire to carve her own path in the industry, Alpa pursued further studies, earning a Business Masters in Innovation Commercialization Entrepreneurship from University College Cork, Ireland. Her upbringing in a family steeped in technical knowledge and business acumen instilled in her a relentless pursuit of excellence.

With a keen eye for opportunities in international markets, Alpa seized the chance to support global clients with their procurement needs. Over the years, her unwavering commitment to serving the industry, coupled with her resolute nature, has seen her navigate through challenging times to emerge as a trailblazer in the market.

Ishan Lanjewar

Director

Ishan Lanjewar brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Allmin team. Originally from Nagpur, Maharashtra, a city known for its potential and vibrant culture, Ishan’s journey is marked by a fusion of technical prowess and business acumen.

A graduate of the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, India, specializing in Polymer and Coating Technology, Ishan’s academic background laid a solid foundation for his career. Furthering his education, he pursued a Masters in Innovation, Commercialization, and Entrepreneurship in Cork, Ireland, honing his skills in navigating the intersection of technology and business.

Prior to joining Allmin, Ishan held key roles in various organizations, including stints with multinational companies such as Otterbox Inc and Bank of New York Mellon. His experience spans across diverse sectors, from managing high net worth clients in the IT startup industry to spearheading commercial initiatives in global financial institutions.

At Allmin, Ishan leverages his extensive experience in networking, marketing, and strategic planning to steer the company towards a future of growth and success in the dynamic chemical industry landscape.

Our Inspiration

Lt. Arvind Lanjewar

Mr. Arvind Lanjewar (1937 to 1989) was a visionary leader with a passion for risk-taking. Despite early hardships, he graduated from Fergusson College in Pune in 1962 and specialized in Paint Technology from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology. He worked in sales teams for reputed Paint companies and travelled across India in the process. In 1976, he founded Snehadeep Paints in Nagpur and quickly captured the decorative paint market in the Central India region in the late 1970s and 1980s. Unfortunately in the year 1989, he left for heavenly abode at a young age of 52, but not without inspiring a young generation of entrepreneurs after him. His legacy of innovation and entrepreneurship continues to inspire new generations.

Lt. Chandrasen Agrawal

Mr Chandrasen Agrawal was a simple man coming from a humble background. Born in 1941to a family of reputed Doctors in Udaipur, he completed his graduation in Chemistry in the reputed BITS Pilani in Rajasthan. With his family background in the field of medical, he began with manufacturing MERBOMINE N.F. – also known as LAL DAWAI in his home in Udaipur with his wife and brothers helping around with packaging, tableting and sales. He later set up Agrawal Chemical Industries (Brand name Rupali Chemicals), a manufacturing unit specializing in Magnesium Sulphate which found large scale application in fertilizer and medical industry in India. His contribution was not limited to his own personal achievements as he was instrumental in lending a helping hand to atleast 25 chemical industries across the Mewar region by being their mentor and chemical consultant. His dedication to the chemical industry and community development has left an indelible mark on the region’s industrial landscape.

Arun Lanjewar

Mr. Arun Lanjewar, a second-generation chemical engineer, graduated from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT) Nagpur. Following his father’s legacy, he managed and expanded their manufacturing unit, establishing Vishal Paints in MIDC Nagpur. Using his technical prowess, he has increased the product range, pioneering products such as Intumescent Paints, Lead-free paints for toys, acid resistant paints for furnaces, wood coatings for Furniture industry and more recently Paver Blocks Paints for the domestic market. His portfolio includes large clients including Mattel Toys (popular brand name HOT WHEELS), Bhilai Steel Plant, Vicco Turmeric among others. His humble nature and genuine networking skills provide a true learning curve to the founders of Allmin, who value him extremely.

Virendra Agrawal

Mr. Virendra Agrawal, born in 1962, graduated from the prestigious Laxminarayan Institute of Technology after securing the only seat from the state of Rajasthan, a commendable feat in itself. He completed his post graduation from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, which earns a spot in the TOP 100 Global University Rankings. Using his inapt smartness and business acumen, he expanded his family business from a small pilot plant of 1MT/day to a total of five factories with a combined capacity of 350 MT/day. His contribution to streamlining the Magnesium Sulphate production from Batch Process to a Continuous Process revolutionised the production, which increased production, returned higher yield and brought down costs significantly. His advice on executing various strategies and clarity of thought in decision making is invaluable for the founders at Allmin.
